- Panel Fabrication and Installation Confirmation
- Develop I/O lists, confirmation procedures and check sheets to
confirm that the panels were fabricated and the installation completed
in accordance with the engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform the confirmation in accordance with the confirmation
procedures and check sheets. Normally panel check out is
completed at the panel fabricators facility prior to shipment of the panels.
- Start Up
- Start up is the process of adjusting components in the field to
ensure that each component individually operates correctly. This
includes initializing network communications, checking all safety
devices, alignment of sensors and adjustment of component
parameters. Start up is done in accordance with developed
procedures and check sheets.
- Commissioning
- Commissioning is the process of tuning the performance of the system
to meet the specified performance criteria. Detailed test
procedures are developed to ensure that each specified performance
parameter is met.
- Stand By Support
- Stand by is provided after the completion of any programming change
to ensure the system operates according to the expected
parameters. Additional stand by support can be provided by
customer request.
